What can I say.. time flies. I am not sure where it all goes, but I can't even keep track of the days anymore. Since my last post, I haven't done a whole lot. I just can't believe this year will be over in a few months (More like 10 but who is counting)
I did turn 27 years old on Feb 21 and Kamryn turned 2 on Feb 20. We both enjoyed our birthdays and are thankful to be alive. Lord willing, we will both be able to celebrate again next year.
I also was able to hang out with some friends I hadn't seen in awhile in Las Vegas. A few of the guys from college met up there for the NBA All-Star Weekend. It was a nice change in weather and we had a good time hanging with the celebrities. Pics are posted as usual.
Lately, I have mainly got back into the flow of working on a regular schedule again. I am looking forward to a couple big Tournaments coming up in March and April. On a side note, I was pressured into creating a myspace page. I understand that everyone in the world has one, now. I guess I am no longer behind on the times. You can access my page by clicking on the link below. I will also add a link on the left hand side in case its needed in the future.

I hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for the wonderful spring weather. Karyn & I joined a gym. Hopefully, we both can flaunt our summer outfits by the time summer rolls around.

2007 is the Year
It has been a minute since my last post, but I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas and brought in the New Year in good fashion. As for me, I enjoyed the holiday season with family and friends. The spark has dimmed slightly on Christmas Eve, though. I miss the days when I would toss and turn all night.... wondering what I would find the next day. Unfortunately, those days seem to be long gone. It is satisfying seeing my children do the same thing, though.
We spent Christmas Eve at home and videotaped the kids opening presents and tearing up the basement. We later drove up to visit the Grandparents.... who spoiled the kids to death, once again. It has only taken a month to get them back in the routine of listening and going to bed before midnight. I am starting to realize how parents get back at you for their struggles... They spoil your children so you have an even tougher time raising them... lol. :)
Anyway, my parents were kind enough to watch them New Years Eve. Karyn & I were able to hit the Chicago club scene with some of the usual suspects. Pictures from the holidays will be posted on the left hand column, as usual.
We all returned home shortly after the New Year. Unfortunately, a couple days later I had to hit the road again. The World Series of Poker & World Poker Tour had some events going on in Tunica, MS. The week and half I spent there was filled with long poker sessions lasting up to 12-14 hours on occasion. It all paid off in the end, though. I made a final table appearance in the WSOP circuit main event. I took 9th place after busting out on a bad beat. Check out the sites below to see more details and see where I am ranked among pros across the world.

I would like to thank those who have responded with comments or emailed me in response to the posts. I hope more of you who receive this will make greater efforts to communicate. The Super bowl & Las Vegas for the All-star weekend are hopefully the next destinations.... pics will be up soon after.
